Hahalin Victor was born Sept. 28, 1959 in Novokuznetsk. From his childhood dream of becoming an artist, believed the concept of an artist, is a high concept. After finishing grade 10 in 1977, arrived in Kemerovo, Kemerovo, and entered the Art School.
